Whether you’re assessing the needs of a new resident, making sure all safeguarding policies are being acted on, taking part in audits, or ensuring we’re keeping scrupulous records, you’ll make sure your team is reaching the highest standards. We’ll also look to you to manage the administration of medicines by your team in line with NMC regulations, and manage stock levels effectively.
