Our client is prestigious Glasgow-based organisation, they are looking for a talented IT Service Desk Manager to join them for a 6 month contract.
- You will be in charge of delivering IT support services to several thousand staff.
- Ideal candidates will have a background in running a support team within an ITIL environment.
- You will be used to working to set KPI’s and have a history of mentoring team members.
- Candidates will be degree level qualified in an IT-related subject and have ITIL Foundation level.
- You will have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with all stakeholders. In addition, you will build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Overall, you will be responsible for day-to-day support for all enterprise wide IT systems and services.
