Are you an Electrical Contract Manager looking to put a new spark in your career?

We have a fantastic Job role available with a large M&E Building Services company. 

The company have recently delivered multiple large scale contracts across Europe, UK and Ireland, and are looking for someone to join the UK team based in Stoke.  The client has an established portfolio in sectors such as industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, food processing and logistics distribution centres. They company proves itself on the ability to take on the role of full building services solutions provider. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend Strategy and Planning meeting prior to project commencement
  • Ensure full team understand their given roles. Become familiar with the contract specifications and manage the team accordingly.
  • Set out Key Project dates. Develop, plan and produce a program of works
  • Work in tandem with the lead QS and ensure all budgets are set, ensure large tickets items are procured in line with project specifications. 
  • Set out and manage labour on the electrical projects, Which will include site visits to monitor quality and progress. 
  • Work alongside other department and project leaders to update the progress reporting. Report back to company executives and department heads on progress and budgets. 

Ideal candidates

  • Hold 5 years experience in similar construction or Project management roles. 
  • Have excellent communication skills, verbally and written. 
  • valid css card and drivers license. 
  • IT Literate in MS office

The role reports directly to the Operations manager, and will be a mixture of office and site based working. You will lease on a regular basis with End Client, Project Manager and QS team.

Excellent Salary from £50,000 - £55,000 and package on offer, Apply today !
